Magnificent Countryside Scenery

Gazing over 11 hectares of pasture, this tranquil ‘one and a half’ bedroomed self-catering cottage is unusually special. The rustic terracotta interior flooring is constructed from the original old stable-blocks roof tiles. The comfy open-plan lounge has wonderful couches facing onto a wood burner. Firewood is free. The main en-suite bedroom is notably spacious. Added soft blankets and dual electric blankets promise to keep you extra warm. There is an extra room with an extremely comfortable wooden double-bunk bed with premium mattresses. The kitchen is very well equipped with a oven, gas hob and a dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also a Weber braai.

Stable Cottage Rules

  • Check-in from 13h00 to 22h00.
  • Check-out: 10h00.
  • Breakfast is available at the Manor House as a ‘add-on’ expense. This needs to be confirmed at least a day before arrival.
  • Non-smoking inside the cottage (Patio is acceptable).
  • Pets are allowed – however being in the ‘countryside’ (along with other dogs on the property) this would be at your own risk.

Trout Dam: We do have a Trout Dam on the property: R300 (Day Rate), Catch and Release, Barbless Hooks. Please note we do not do rod rentals, you will need to bring your own equipment.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made 0-30 days before arrival, there will be a 50% refund of the total accommodation cost. For cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival, a full refund will be provided.
